Cash and Prizes Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By entering the Cash and Prizes Giveaway (“Giveaway”) in connection with the Video Editing Competition (“Competition”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence. By entering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and possess the necessary skills and equipment to participate in the Competition.

Giveaway Period
The Giveaway period will be announced as part of the official finalists announcement.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions outlined in the official Competition announcement. Limit one entry per person.

Prizes
Prize details will be announced in the official Competition announcement. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for alternative items.

Release of Liability
By participating, you agree that the organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of any prize. You further acknowledge that all submitted content is your sole responsibility and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims, including but not limited to copyright infringement or other legal disputes.

The Giveaway and Competition are intended solely for entertainment purposes. The organizers make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information associated with the Giveaway or Competition.

Social Media Disclaimer
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.

Winner Selection
Winners will be selected based on the criteria outlined in the official Competition announcement. All decisions made by the organizers are final.

Winner Notification
Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Shipping and Taxes
